Half-moon to Zone 5 with the left foot. Perform a #8 block as left foot lands, pulling right fist back to elbow position. Half-moon forward with the right foot. As right foot lands, deliver a right front punch, pulling left fist back to elbow position.

Move right foot to left into a tree stance, and position hands in ready position: right fist at left shoulder and left fist at right hip.

Deliver right downward front punch as right foot lands. Left inverted hammer strike, then right inverted hammer strike to opponent’s low center line. Roll four backfists to opponent’s cheekbones: right, left, right, left. As last left backfist lands, right hand returns to elbow position.

Reach back with right foot and pivot clockwise to cat stance, facing Zone 6, with #1 block. Take a small step forward on the right foot and step left foot up to right to a tree stance. Deliver left downward front punch as left foot lands. Deliver right inverted hammer fist, then left inverted hammer fist to opponent’s low center line. Roll four backfists to opponent’s cheekbones: left, right, left, right. As last right backfist lands, right hand returns to elbow position.

Hide hands in cup-over-saucer position on right hip, looking to Zone 8. Half-moon with left foot to Zone 8. Deliver simultaneous #2 block and right front punch. Half-moon forward with the right foot. Deliver #4palm block and simultaneous right thrust punch, then simultaneous #3palm block and #8palm block. Pivot on right foot 360° counter-clockwise, stepping behind with left foot and bringing through left spinning backfist, right hand at elbow position, to half-moon stance with left foot forward. Half-moon forward with the right foot, delivering #4palm block and simultaneous right thrust punch.

Pivot 180° counter-clockwise on right foot, bringing left foot alongside in tree stance. Cross-block hands in front of sternum, right arm in front, and drop down sharply into #7 and #8 blocks. Low right front ball kick, stepping down to a Half-moon stance with right foot forward. Wing block with the right arm, circling around to #1 block . Deliver simultaneous right back punch to throat and left palm heel strike to opponent’s center line.

Step up with left foot to tree stance. Cross-block hands in front of sternum, left arm in front, and drop down sharply into #7 and #8 blocks. Low left front ball kick, stepping down to a half-moon stance with left foot forward. Wing block with the left arm, circling around to #2 block. Deliver simultaneous left back punch to throat and right palm heel strike to opponent’s center line.

Pivot on right foot 180° clockwise into a horse stance facing Zone 8. As left foot lands, deliver high left whipping elbow. Step into twist stance, moving left foot behind right, and deliver high right whipping elbow.

Jump forward to horse stance, blocking low with #7 block as you land. Deliver high left whipping elbow, then low right thrust punch. Leaving right fist forward, deliver low left thrust punch. Clear opponent with simultaneous #1 and #2 blocks, then deliver simultaneous left and right front punches to opponent’s face.

Closing Salutation:

Draw hands back to elbow position while inhaling; exhale while pushing both hands out, forearms parallel to the floor, hands in thrust punch position.

Pivot 90 degrees to face west, hands circling to #2 & #5 open hand blocks. Left front kick.
Pivot 180 degrees to face east, hands circling to #1 and #6 open hand blocks. Right front kick.

Step back with right foot to half-moon stance facing north, cross block low, right hand on top. Cup over saucer on left hip. #1 block with simultaneous left front punch.

Step forward with right foot to tree stance, hands in cup over saucer on right hip. Left side kick with simultaneous left backfist to west, landing in forward stance, left foot in front. Loop left hand as if to seize back of attacker’s head. Right driving elbow into left palm.

Right foot moves up to left, pivoting to face forward in tree stance, hands in cup over saucer on left hip. Right side kick with simultaneous right backfist to east, landing in forward stance, right foot in front. Loop right hand as if to seize back of attacker’s head. Left driving elbow into right palm.

Step to the NW on the left foot into a low forward stance. Left hand blocks high with a #6 block while right hand strikes attacker’s groin with a rising ridge hand. Open attacker up with simultaneous #1 and #2 blocks, then grab shoulders with tiger claws and deliver right knee to midsection (may be followed by incidental instep kick). Step down on right foot, step behind with left and deliver simultaneous right backfist and left thrust punch (hands should be aligned, right above left, as if holding a staff vertically).

Step back to NW corner on right foot and pivot to face SE in left foot forward cat stance, hands on guard. Right hands leads palm sword block, followed by right palm heel strike, left hand at elbow position. Left foot delivers front kick. Step down on left foot to half-moon stance, deliver left, then right front punches.

Step down on left foot and pivot to face SW corner, right foot forward in cat stance, hands on guard. Left hand leads palm sword block, followed by left palm heel strike, right hand at elbow position. Right foot delivers front kick, stepping down to half-moon stance, followed by right, then left front punches.

Pivot on right foot to face south, drawing left foot up into cat stance. Right hand leads palm sword block, followed by right palm heel strike, with left sword hand on guard in front of chest. As palm heel lands, drop into twist stance.

Pivot to Zone 6 into cat stance, #1 block. Step forward with the right foot to a half-moon stance. Left low front punch, right sword hand to the ribs, left back punch to the throat. Right low front punch, left sword hand to the ribs, right back punch to the throat.

Pivot to face Zone 8 while bringing right foot to left into tree stance, hands in cup over saucer at the left hip.

Look to Zone 7, striking out with right backfist while cocking left fist over sternum. Look to Zone 8, striking out with left backfist while cocking right fist over sternum. Loop left hand as if to seize back of attacker’s head. Right crescent kick into palm of left hand. Right whipping elbow into palm of left hand as you step forward on right foot. Step behind with left foot, delivering simultaneous right backfist and left thrust punch (hands should be aligned right above left, as if holding a staff vertically).

Turn upper body to face Zone 7, sinking into twist stance, while hands come up to #2 and #5 guard position, hands in fists. Step to Zone 7 on left foot, pivoting to face Zone 5, and leap lightly onto right foot, crossing behind with left foot to land in twist stance. Hands remain on guard throughout. Low cross-block, right hand on top, as you land.

Step out with right foot to Zone 3 into a forward stance, delivering simultaneous #1 block and left front punch. Pivot to face Zone 1, dropping body and reaching under with right tiger claw to grab attacker’s groin, then pulling right hand back to elbow position with left on low knife hand guard, ending in low leaning stance.

Left foot sweeps behind to pull up to cat stance. #3 palm block, left hand at elbow position. Step in with left foot, grab attacker’s groin with tiger claw, then step back with the left foot into low leaning stance, right hand on low knife hand guard.

Right foot sweeps behind to horse stance.
