Opening Salutation:
Bow. Cross fists in front of chest, left arm in front. Step right foot out to horse stance, pushing fists down to #7 and #8 blocks. Step right foot to left into tree stance, circling arms and hands up to join in mountain position, rotating to show palms, right hand in front. Push slightly outward. Rotate hands to show hiken. Push slightly outward. Rotate hands to prayer position. Push slightly outward. Cross fists in front of chest, left arm in front. Step right foot out to horse stance, pushing fists down to #7 and #8 blocks. Step right foot to left into tree stance, bringing hands up from belt level to show hiken. Push slightly outward once, twice, exhaling each time, then cross fists in front of chest, left arm in front. Step right foot out to horse stance, pushing fists down to #7 and #8 blocks.

Step with left foot to half-moon stance facing Zone 5, coming across with a #3 tiger block, then popping up opponent’s chin with #6 tiger block. Half-moon forward right, delivering right back punch to solar plexus, followed by left back fist to the nose and left reverse hammer to the groin. Right front punch to the face, back punch to solar plexus, right front punch to the lower abdomen, cocking left hand across right shoulder. Half-moon forward left, raking face with #2 tiger block motion. Circle right hand up counter-clockwise to rake face, bringing it back down to lower guard position while left arm pops chin up with elbow and upper arm in upper guard position. Practitioner takes up dragon stance, looking toward Zone 6.

Step with right foot to half-moon stance facing Zone 6, coming across with a #4 tiger block, then popping up opponent’s chin with #5 tiger block. Half-moon forward left, delivering left back punch to the solar plexus, followed by right back fist to the nose and right reverse hammer to the groin. Left front punch to the face, right left back punch to the solar plexus, left front punch to the lower abdomen, cocking right hand across left shoulder. Half-moon forward right, raking face with #1 tiger block motion. Circle left hand up clockwise to rake face, bringing it back down to lower guard position while right arm pops chin up with elbow and upper arm into upper guard position. Practitioner takes up dragon stance, looking toward Zone 5.

Step right foot up to left to tree stance, left hand over right at right hip, slightly separated. Half-moon back with left foot to Zone 3, raising left arm in #6 block and delivering right spear poke to the throat. Pivot to face Zone 2, raising right arm in #5 block and delivering left spear poke to the throat. Half-moon forward with the left foot to Zone 8, raising left arm in #6 block and delivering right spear poke to the throat.

Shuffle forward with left foot, delivering downward cross-block, right hand on top. Right rolling thunder followed by reverse hammer; left front punch high, right back punch middle, left front punch low. Right tiger claw to face.

Sweep right foot to cat stance facing Zone 2. Low cross block, left hand on top, to roll hands up to elbow position. Step out with right foot, low cross block, right hand on top. Right rolling thunder followed by reverse hammer; left long front punch to face.

Sweep left foot to cat stance facing Zone 1. Low cross block, right hand on top, to roll hands up to elbow position. Step out with left foot, low cross block, left hand on top. Left rolling thunder followed by reverse hammer; right long front punch to face.

Pivot on left foot to right cat stance facing Zone 4. Cross hand trap in front of chest. Circle hands outward clockwise to #4 and #7 block positions. Left tiger claw strike to face and right tiger claw strike to ribs, stepping forward with right foot.

Step out left to face Zone 2. Circle hands outward counter-clockwise to #3 and #8 block positions. Right tiger claw strike to face and left tiger claw strike to groin.

Pivot on left foot to face Zone 5. Hands come up to stack, palms out, in front of forehead, left palm in front. Swing hands down to simultaneous low back punches, shuffling slightly forward with left foot. Turn hands over to simultaneous low front punches, shuffling slightly forward with left foot. Raise hands to strike with backs of hands under opponent’s chin, without shuffling forward. Pull hands back slightly, then strike to face with simultaneous trigger punches, shuffling slightly forward with left foot. Pull hands back slightly, then strike to face with simultaneous immortal man strikes, shuffling slightly forward with left foot.

Step back to Zone 8 with right foot to face Zone 7 in orthodox fighting stance, executing right palm block followed by left sword block, then striking with right immortal man strike to opponent’s eye. Left palm strike, then right palm strike to face, followed by right front ball kick. Step down to side horse stance facing Zone 4. Cross left foot behind right to twist stance, striking out with simultaneous left backfist and right thrust punch to opponent in Zone 3. Step out to Zone 3 with right foot, executing #1 block followed by left long front punch to midsection.

Pivot on right foot to face Zone 8, left foot drawn up to cat stance. #3 palm block while left hand draws back to elbow position. Left back punch to low midsection while right hand circles high to come up under groin for poison thumb strike. Right hand moves up to seize under chin with tiger claw; left hand passes through with front punch to face.

Step back on right foot to face Zone 1, left foot drawing up to cat stance. #3 palm block across face while left hand pulls back to elbow position. Step down to horse stance, sinking low to strike and grab groin with left tiger’s claw. Pivot back to Zone 4 to dragon stance, pulling back with left hand and cutting down with right sword hand.

Pivot on left foot to face Zone 2, right foot drawing up to cat stance. Circle right hand overhead to elbow position. #4 palm block across face while left hand pulls back to elbow position. Step down to horse stance, sinking low to strike and grab groin with right tiger’s claw. Pivot back to Zone 3 to dragon stance, pulling back with right hand and cutting down with left sword hand.

Pivot on right foot, sweeping left foot in front to horse stance. Cross fists in front of chest, drawing down with dynamic tension and breathing to simultaneous #7 & #8 blocks. Right foot comes up to left for tree stance while hands meet in front position, moving slightly away from chest twice. Cross fists in front of chest and step right foot out to horse stance, drawing fists down with dynamic tension and breathing to simultaneous #7 & #8 blocks. Right foot comes up to left for tree stance while hands meet in prayer position. Push slightly outward. Rotate hands to hiken position. Push slightly outward. Rotate hands to mountain position. Push slightly outward. Rotate hands inward for Branches of the Falling Pine Salutation. Bow, hands at sides. Set position.
